Prior to filling out and submitting of forms please read the consignment contract , terms and conditions of sale, rabies form, or bid permission form.  Ensure you review the form(s) applicable to your association with Southwest Auction Service.

 

With the Online submittal of any forms, you agree to the conditions required by Southwest Auction Service.  Upon arrival to the auction, signatures of sellers and/or buyers will be required prior to auction of your item(s) or purchase of item(s).

Please note: Credit Cards need to be provided for all absentee bids at the time the form is turned in. All payments made 10 days or later are subject to 10% late fee. Southwest Auction is not a finance company and will not carry the note for buyers.
