Consignments are on a first come first serve basis, so book early. All copies of registration papers need turned in 3 weeks before the sale. After catalog is numbered and sale is full any dogs consigned after the fact will be considered late and charged a $10.00 late entry fee.
We do not accept dogs older than 7 years unless you have a complete breed or complete kennel sellout.
We are only able to accept the first 80 large breeds to each auction due to limited space, sorry for the inconvenience.

NEXT YEAR 2025 First Sale in February ONLY! we will be making a big change, our biggest and best sale of every year come 2025!!! The first 2 day sale in Feb. ONLY we will only be accepting dogs under the age of 3.5 years old and they must be AKC or AKC eligible. AKC eligible dogs must be guaranteed. Entry fees for this one particular auction ONLY will be raised to $30 per dog and must be paid at time of consigning. . Any questions please call the office.

Teacup Heaven (teacupsheavenhub.com) has many photos of teacup puppies ALL for $700 and they are emailing people with Southwest Auctions information. They are giving out our employees names and their position at Southwest Auction, they even gave a customer our mailing address. They are using our USDA license number and State number. They are a scam website asking for more and more money every time the customer is in contact with them.
